3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Die Website wird bei Hostinger International Ltd. gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Daten (IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, abgerufene Seite, Browser, Betriebssystem) in Server-Logfiles verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb). Mit dem Hoster besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag.
4. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO) und löschen sie, sobald sie nicht mehr erforderlich sind, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser, operating system) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Stranica je smještena kod Hostinger International Ltd. Prilikom posjeta obrađuju se tehnički nužni podaci (IP adresa, datum/vrijeme, posjećena stranica, preglednik, operativni sustav) u zapisnicima poslužitelja. Pravna osnova je čl. 6. st. 1. t. f) GDPR-a (legitimni interes za siguran i stabilan rad). S pružateljem hostinga sklopljen je ugovor o obradi podataka.
